A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes tasks — it uses tools, takes actions in your systems, and closes the loop without a human doing each step.
How do we control what the agent can do?
Every agent has a strict tool allowlist, scoped credentials, spend limits, and human approval gates for sensitive actions. You define the rules; the agent cannot step outside them.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
Every action is logged and reversible where possible. Sensitive actions always require human approval. Our SLAs cover rollback and remediation.
Can it use our internal tools?
Yes. We connect agents to your existing CRM, ERP, ticketing, email, and custom APIs via secure, scoped integrations.
What is the pricing model?
A focused agent that does one task in one system starts at €3,000. A production agent working across several of your systems starts at €12,000. Optional monthly care from €300 covers hosting, monitoring and improvements. Implementation projects may qualify for SME Packages – AI co-funding (70%, grant capped at €17,500).
