Agent Runs · Use case

KYC file remediation for fiduciaries, accounting firms and estate agencies

KYC file remediation is an Agent Run that reads every client file and lists what is missing or out of date: expired identity documents, missing beneficial-owner details, overdue periodic reviews. You get a prioritised remediation list per client and draft requests to send. Your compliance officer makes every risk decision.

Why do KYC files fall behind?

Luxembourg’s anti-money-laundering law requires professionals to keep client due-diligence files up to date, not only to collect them at onboarding. For a fiduciary, accounting firm or estate agency with hundreds of clients, periodic reviews pile up faster than a small compliance team can clear them.

The hard part is not the review itself but finding what is missing across hundreds of folders. That is the part a run does.

What does the run do?

  1. 1Reads each client file: identity documents, company extracts, beneficial-owner declarations, previous reviews.
  2. 2Checks expiry dates, missing documents and review due dates against your own procedure.
  3. 3Compares declared beneficial owners with the documents on file.
  4. 4Ranks clients by what is missing and how overdue the review is.
  5. 5Drafts the request to each client, in their language.
  6. 6Your compliance officer reviews the list; the run makes no risk rating.

What do you get?

  • A remediation list per client, prioritised.
  • Draft client requests in EN, FR or DE.
  • An evidence log showing what was checked in each file.
  • A summary for your compliance officer.

What access do you need to our data?

The least access that does the job: a masked export, a run inside your own cloud, or a short-lived read-only link.

The run sees

A file you export, with names and personal fields masked if you choose.

We never see

Your systems, your passwords, anything you did not export.

  • EU-hosted models: Claude through Amazon Bedrock in EU regions.
  • No stored passwords.
  • A data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) from day one.
  • A run log with every delivery.
  • A person signs off every risk decision.
  • Code and rights are handed over to you.

We build on top of your systems; we don’t take over your infrastructure.

Masked export: The run sees — A file you export, with names and personal fields masked if you choose. We never see — Your systems, your passwords, anything you did not export.

Runs inside your cloud: The run sees — Nothing leaves your cloud account. The run executes there and writes results there. We never see — A copy of your data on our side.

Short-lived read-only link: The run sees — Read-only access to the named tables, for the length of the run. We never see — Write access, admin rights, or access after the run ends.

Questions about this run

Does the run decide a client’s risk level?

No. It finds gaps and prepares the work. Risk ratings and acceptance decisions stay with your compliance officer.

Where are the files processed?

Inside your own cloud account if you prefer, or from a masked export. Models run in EU regions and we never store your passwords.

Which firms is this for?

Fiduciaries, accounting firms, estate agencies and other professionals who keep client due-diligence files under Luxembourg’s AML law.
