ERP migration data preparation
ERP migration data preparation is an Agent Run that maps your old tables to the new system’s data model, cleans and deduplicates the records, and test-imports them before go-live. You or your integrator get import-ready files and a mapping document. It works for moves from Sage BOB, Dynamics NAV or older systems to Odoo or Business Central.

Why does migration data go wrong?
Old systems collect years of duplicates, orphan records, broken characters and invalid dates. A new ERP rejects them at import, or worse, accepts them.
The data work is usually the part of a migration that nobody has budgeted time for. A run does it in parallel with the integrator’s configuration work, not after it.
What does the run do?
- 1Profiles every table you export: fields, formats, gaps, duplicates.
- 2Maps each table and field to the target data model, and writes down every decision.
- 3Cleans: fixes characters, dates and formats; merges duplicates; flags orphans.
- 4Test-imports into a sandbox and reports every rejected record.
- 5Repeats until the import is clean; a person approves each merge rule.

Do you replace our integrator?
No. We prepare the data; your integrator configures the system. We also work white-label for integrators.

Common sources are Sage BOB50, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and older custom systems; common targets are Odoo and Business Central. Any system that exports tables works.
